Jody is one of our licensed personal lines brokers and has been an essential part of our team since April of 2018. When she isn’t assisting clients with their home and auto insurance, she is busy overseeing the operations of our Registry office. Jody is an amazing teacher and is always willing to share her knowledge to help our newest team members learn the ropes. She has a home of her own in Crossfield and enjoys being able to both live and work in our friendly community. When Jody has the chance to enjoy some down time she loves to travel, go camping or spend time with her cat, Chewy.

Mylia is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you walk into our office. With over 19 years of customer service experience, she is dedicated to providing exceptional support and always goes the extra mile for our clients.

Robin has been with us at Crossfield Agencies as one of our Registry Agents, and says she feels very fortunate to work with such a wonderful group of ladies. Robin loves to assist our Registry clients and goes above and beyond to help. One of her favorite parts of her job is meeting the clients that come into our office and being able to meet their needs. Robin’s joy comes from helping the kids with their knowledge or road tests and being able to see their happiness when they’ve passed the exam. She is also very encouraging and compassionate when it comes to comforting the kids who don’t pass their tests. When Robin has a day off, she loves to spend time with her kids, cooking, baking, or canning. But most importantly, she likes to focus on enjoying the little things life has to offer.

Gillian is our newest addition to Crossfield Insurance and Registry, and we are so excited to have her on our team. Her background is in retail customer service, with 19 years in management roles. When she isn’t at the office assisting clients with registry services, she is spending time with her husband and two girls Alice, and Grace. Gillian and her husband Nathan just celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in 2023!
